  1. Great central location

What a great central location! – very close to Downing’s beach and only 2 minute drive to golf course at Rosapenna

  2. Bit expensive for no heat

Stayed here last week. First week of August. House was in good condition as was location. Bit of damp smell in kitchen and got very cold at night as central heating wasn’t working but we made the most of it. On departure we informed the lady in charge that we had no heat for the week and i had emailed them but she still took an extra 12 euro for the price of two bin bags from us. If you are staying at this cottage do check heat works and there is oil in the tank before the lady leave also ensure you get a contact number from them as I only dealt with email.
